Together with the customer, our trained, experienced personnel identify areas and analyse initiatives that will improve your logistical effectiveness. With the help of our own as well as the customer’s assigned in-house personnel, we then carry out measures to optimise the customer’s supply chain.

Single point of contact

For customers with complex and extensive international supply chains, we often note that there are numerous lines of communications into our organisation. We offer a single point of contact to ensure these customers a uniform follow-through and satisfying standard of service.

Customs and VAT advice in Norway and Europe (Intrastat)

Our experts in customs- and VAT issues can counsel and guide you through the process, for Norwegian import and export, to and from the EU, and between EU countries.

Security advice for handling Dangerous Goods

The sender bears the primary responsibility for safe transport of dangerous goods. Bring Cargo can help to ensure your personnel are fully aware and knowledgeable about classifications, documentation and proper packaging and procedures for the safe transport of dangerous goods.

Transport insurance

Bring Cargo has excellent resources to provide its customers with transport insurance. Either centrally or locally, we can provide you all the necessary information and support relating to transport insurance.

Warehousing

Bring Cargo can provide both temporary and long-term warehousing, in Norway as well as in most European countries. It could be building materials to be held and delivered exactly when construction starts, or seasonal merchandise waiting for the right date. Or, instead of the carrying the overheads of keeping your own stock, you may wish to use Bring Cargo facilities as a transit warehouse or pick-and-pack facility for distribution.

Marking

Bring Cargo offers solutions to pre-mark goods from supplier and shipper. It is based on our proprietary MINe customer solution, which enables you to supply information about the distribution of goods, which are then dispatched directly to the recipient.

MINe Extranet

MINe is the e-business solution that Bring Cargo offers to customers, applicable to domestic and international Groupage and Partload transport. MINe simplifies transport-related activities for the customer, making it easy to for the individual to communicate directly with our IT systems. Statistics, transport cost calculations and track & trace can be extracted. It is also possible to retrieve documentation or send it directly from our document archives.

E-invoice

Bring Cargo can provide electronic invoicing in two different ways – either direct by EDI/XML from our invoicing system to your ERP/Account system, or e-mailed to you as a PDF file.

Track&Trace

Follow-up of outbound shipments with automatic reporting to the customer of shipment status by mail.

Document issuance/control

For export shipment, Bring Cargo can offer support in the issuance of special shipping documents in accordance with the requirements of the destination country or particular type of goods. For import shipments, we can provide control or consulting of a similar nature.

Measuring/weighing

We can provide weighing and/or measuring of general cargo sent via terminal. This helps provide insurance that, on receipt at final destination, goods are in accordance with the shipping documents.

Packing

Bring Cargo can offer packing of general cargo.

Stuffing/securing

Bring Cargo can offer stuffing and securing of cargo that is being shipped FCL.
