The growth of Bring Logistics has coincided with the growth of the oil and gas industries in the North Sea. Working closely with our Norwegian colleagues we have been involved in numerous highly complex project forwarding operations. In conjunction with Project Forwarding we offer offshore supply base services and Project Management at ports and terminals throughout the UK - always chosen to provide the best logistcs solution to the Project.
Working for major oil and gas customers we were instrumental in choosing Hartlepool for the consolidation and subsequent shipment of in excess of 577,000 tonnes of concreted coated pipes.
The pipes were shipped from Norway to Hartlepool and then re-loaded to supply vessels for connection with pipe laying vessels in the North Sea.
Between Oct 04 and Oct 05 a total of 28,000 pipes were handled in and out with the outward phase completed in 224 voyages - on time and without incident.
